1. Terms

By accessing this School or Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations (including U.S., EU/GDPR, and other international privacy and consumer-protection laws), and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained herein are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  • View, download for caching purposes only, and print pages, files, or other content from the Site and Courses for your own personal, non-commercial transitory use.

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations; or

  • republish or reproduce any part through the use of iframes or screenscrapers.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Company at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on the Site and School’s websites are provided “as is.” The Site makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Site does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials or on any sites linked to the Site.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the Site or School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials, even if the Site or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
