Meet Your Business Mentors:
Hi, we’re Badr and Dina — a nomad-turned-Vietnam-resident couple who met in Ubud, Bali, in what can only be described as an Eat-Pray-Love meet-cute.
Independently of one another, we both quit the
9-5 lie some 6 years ago and eventually each set off on our own nomad journeys.
The pressing questions were the same: If not this for the rest of my life, then what does make me happy? How will I make money? CAN I make money and travel at the same time?
Fast forward to now, between the both of us, we’re not shy about charging high-ticket or asking for big numbers — and we deeply understand the identity shift required to do so.
Before coaching, Badr spent nearly two decades in luxury sales as a sales manager and trainer in NYC, mastering the art of connecting with the human in front of him (not selling a shiny 'time-piece').
Dina came from major-donor fundraising for the arts in LA and later spent six years helping purpose-driven online entrepreneurs turn random 1:1 sessions into high-ticket packages — and those packages into scalable, sustainable offers.

How are the coaching calls structured?
Each 90-minute call includes live coaching, Q&A, and peer hot seats. You can bring business challenges, mindset blocks, offer questions, visibility concerns, and more. Every session is recorded and uploaded for easy replay.
I’m not a digital nomad — is this the right space for me?
Absolutely. While many members travel, others are based in one place with families or mortgages. What unites us is the desire to build a soul-aligned, freedom-first business—not our passport stamps.
What’s the difference between this and 1:1 coaching?
The Incubator is a powerful blend of group coaching, peer support, and live feedback. You’ll still receive personal coaching, but within a collective container that’s designed for momentum, connection, and growth. Many of our clients love being 'psydo-coached' - Dina's word for when clients gain insights from watching a colleague being coaching. The Incubator is a more affordable, high-impact way to work with both Dina and Badr.
1:1 work with either Dina or Badr starts at $5,000 and includes private coaching calls and 5 days-a-week private Slack support.
When are the live calls?
Calls are scheduled to accommodate for most clients' timezone and are currently held on Wednesdays. Every call is recorded and uploaded inside the Incubator portal. You can also receive coaching asynchronously through our weekly Slack coaching threads. What's important is that you show up: not for us, but for yourself.
What if I’m just starting out?
Perfect. This space is for those who are building early-stage consistency and systems. Whether you’ve made your first sale or not, this space will accelerate your clarity and growth.
On the other hand, if you're ready to scale to multiple six figures, this space won't be the right support for you. Reach out to us to discuss better options.
How long will I have access to everything?
This is a 12 month commitment and you'll have access to every resource and call throughout your term with us.
Do you offer guarantees or refunds?
Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, Way of the Founder, here represented by Dina-Marie Weineck and Badr Lakchiri, does not offer refunds (full terms here). This means, that you'll get to go all in on your investment and move forward and toward your goals every single day.
Based on three decades of combined coaching and sales experience, we are confident that the Incubator provides all necessary support and resources necessary to create consistent four-figure months, however, we provide no gurantee. At the end of the day, it's up to YOU to go all in. We can't do the work for you.
Our clients regularly go from inconsistent income to stable four-figure months, from confusion to clarity, and from overthinking to strategic action. However, and this is important, if you don't show up, don't share your issues, or don't ask your questions, we won't be able to support you properly.
Can I join later?
For now, we cap membership at 20 to maintain intimacy. Once we’re full, either a waitlist opens or a second cohort, we're not sure yet.
Once I join, what will happen?
Welcome! You will receive immediate access to the entire resource library, the coaching call calendar, and Slack community. An email sent to you automatically will help you find your way around all support-resources and get you onboarded. In other words, once you're in, your growth will start immediately.
Will I have access to 1:1 support from Dina or Badr
Yes, you will get both our eyes on your entire business both on Slack coaching days and during group coaching calls. We make sure everyone on the call is seen and given tailored support. However, there are no private coaching calls and there is no private Slack support included with the Incubator. If you'd like to add that level of support to deepen your growth, you can reach out to Dina upon joining (and there may be a special invite on check-out).
